Pizza Bolognese

How to make bolognese pizza

First we finely chop the garlic, the onion and the carrot. In a frying pan put a trickle of oil and wait for it to warm. Once heated, sauté the garlic, carrot and onion, until it softens. Then add the minced meat and remove everything until the meat changes color and separates easily.

When the meat takes color add the tomato, broth, salt, pepper and a little oregano to the pan. Cook over medium heat until the liquid is consumed. Remove the fire then, rectify salt if necessary and let cool.

While the sauce is cooling, we cut the red pepper and the black olives in slices. Once the sauce is cold, distribute it on the pizza base evenly and place a few slices of pepper and a few black olives. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake at 200º until the cheese melts and begins to brown.
