How to make four cheese pizza

First we spread a layer of tomato on a pizza base evenly and sprinkle with a little oregano.

Next we put the emmental cheese, the provolone and the mozarella first, checking that it is evenly distributed throughout the pizza. Finally we add the fresh cheese and we return to sprinkle the whole with oregano to our taste.

Finally, we bake the pizza at 180º between 5 or 10 minutes, depending on whether we like it undercooked or very over cooked.

Ingredients for 2 people

  •         1 pizza base
  •         100 g mozzarella cheese
  •         100 g emmental cheese
  •         100 g provolone cheese
  •         100 g fresh cheese
  •         tomato sauce
  •         oregano


The approximate total processing time is about 20 minutes.
