How to Make Pizza Barbeque
First we cut the onion and the red pepper in strips of medium thickness. In a frying pan with a few drops of oil, we squeeze the onion and the pepper for a minute and reserve. In the same frying pan, we will squeeze the pork until it takes color and can be separated easily. Then add the barbecue sauce and stir a few minutes. Remove and let cool a little.
Then we spread a layer of barbecue sauce on top of the pizza base, so that it is well distributed. On top of it we put a layer of mozarella cheese. Then add the onion and the red pepper in a homogeneous way.
Finally, bake the pizza at 200º for about 10 minutes.
