How to Make Carbonara Pizza

First we put a few drops of oil in a frying pan and brown the chopped bacon. When it begins to take color, we add the whipped egg yolks and cream, with a little salt and pepper. We mixed well and added the mozarella. We removed everything for a few minutes and reserved the sauce.

Then spread a base of fried tomato on the pizza, making sure that it is distributed evenly. On the tomato add the carbonara sauce and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

Finally, we bake at 180 degrees between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on whether the pizza we like is undercooked or over cooked.

Ingredients for 2 people

  •         1 pizza base
  •         200 g bacon
  •         150 g parmesan
  •         200 g mozzarella cheese
  •         100 cc liquid cream
  •         2 egg yolks
  •         tomato sauce


The approximate total processing time is about 25 minutes.
