To bake the pizza with this dough, we must place it on a metal base greased with oil so that it does not stick to us and leave it about 15 minutes in the oven.

  •         500 g wholemeal flour
  •         30 g yeast
  •         4 tablespoons olive oil
  •         350 ml warm water
  •         salt


The approximate total processing time is about 45 minutes.
