How to Make Homemade Whole Home Pizza
First, mix the salt with whole wheat flour. Apart we dissolve the yeast in the warm water along with the olive oil.
Next, we put the flour in a large bowl and gradually add the water with the yeast, until it forms a consistent and elastic dough that does not stick. We give ball shape to the dough, and when we get it, we cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest until it doubles its size.
Next we knead the ball again and we extend it little by little giving a round shape of a 1 cm of thickness, approximately.
To bake the pizza with this dough, we must place it on a metal base greased with oil so that it does not stick to us and leave it about 15 minutes in the oven.

- 30 g yeast
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 350 ml warm water
