How to make roman pizza

First we clean the mushrooms well and we cut them to sheets. The york ham is cut into small cubes, and the sliced ​​black olives.

Then we spread a layer of tomato on the base of pizza, making sure that it is well distributed. Above we put a layer of mozarella cheese and on top we are evenly dividing the mushrooms, the ham and the olives. Sprinkle the whole with oregano.

Finally, we bake at 180 degrees between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on whether the pizza we like less cooked or over cooked.
