How to make roman pizza
First we clean the mushrooms well and we cut them to sheets. The york ham is cut into small cubes, and the sliced black olives.
Then we spread a layer of tomato on the base of pizza, making sure that it is well distributed. Above we put a layer of mozarella cheese and on top we are evenly dividing the mushrooms, the ham and the olives. Sprinkle the whole with oregano.
Finally, we bake at 180 degrees between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on whether the pizza we like less cooked or over cooked.
