Whimsical pizza recipe


Friday night always ate pizza, my children are very clear and do not let that day without your favorite dinner, so that when they get up in the morning I remember him in case I forget. Yesterday I made this recipe pizza whimsical .

Prepare pizza is much less complicated than it may seem, and the result is far superior to frozen or pre – cooked pizzas. I love to vary the ingredients of coverage, the fact is that the pizza dough is delicious with almost anything.

Ingredients for 3 pizza molds 32 cm

Ingredients for the dough : 220 g of warm water, 1 teaspoon sugar, 20 g of fresh compressed yeast, 400 g of bread flour, 30 g of olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt.

Ingredients for coverage : 250 g mozzarella cheese , grated, 300 g of natural tomato crushed, 8 artichoke hearts in oil quartered, 200 g mushrooms, 1 can of anchovies in oil, 1 pinch of salt, olive oil.

Making pizza whimsical

We started mixing warm water with sugar, yeast and let stand a few minutes to ferment . After this time, the mixture will have grown and will have bubbles on the surface, that means it is ready for use. While we wash, we cut and lightly boil the mushrooms in a skillet.

In a large bowl put the flour , oil, salt, mass start and knead until a soft, smooth mixture . We give a ball, place it in a clean bowl lightly greased with oil, we cover a pepel film and let stand for about an hour, until doubled in volume.

Step by Step

We passed this time, split the dough into many portions as you want, the stretch with a rolling pin and cover them pizza pans , leaving a slightly thicker edge in the dough.

We distribute the tomatoes over the dough , then the hearts of artichoke , mushrooms, grated cheese and anchovies. Sprinkle pizza with olive oil, sprinkle the salt and bake about 25 minutes oven preheated to 220 ° C.
