How to make Creole pizza

First we chop the anchovies thin and cut the green pepper into thick slices.

Then spread a layer of tomato in the base of the pizza, making sure that it is homogeneous. Then add a layer of mozarella cheese and top, we are distributing anchovies, green pepper and peeled shrimps. Sprinkle with a little cheese and oregano to taste.

Finally, we bake the pizza at 180º between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on whether we like it undercooked or very over cooked.

Ingredients for 2 people

  •         1 pizza base
  •         100 g anchovies
  •         10 peeled prawns
  •         1/2 green pepper
  •         100 g mozarella cheese
  •         tomato sauce
  •         oregano


The approximate total processing time is about 30 minutes.
