How to Make Goat Cheese Pizza

Cut the goat’s cheese into thin slices. We also cut the red pepper into small pieces.

Then spread a layer of tomato on the base of the pizza, evenly dividing it. Above we put a thin layer of mozarella cheese, and on it, distribute a few pieces of bacon and red pepper. Above them, we put the slices of goat cheese and sprinkle with a little mozarella and oregano.

Finally, bake the pizza at 180º until the goat cheese is well melted.

Ingredients for 2 people

  •         1 pizza base
  •         100 g goat cheese
  •         100 g bacon
  •         1/2 red pepper
  •         mozarella cheese
  •         tomato sauce
  •         oregano


The approximate total processing time is about 20 minutes.
